Privacy Policy

There for You is designed around private, meaningful conversations. We collect account and profile information you provide, connection and scheduling information needed to operate the service, safety reports and moderation events, and technical information needed for security and reliability.

Location

If you enable local matching, the service uses an approximate location to find compatible members within your chosen distance. Your exact address is not displayed to other members.

Conversations and video

Messages and safety signals may be processed by the service to provide moderation and protect members. Video is provided through a third-party video provider using private rooms and short-lived meeting tokens.

Our support team can see account details to help you, such as whether your email is confirmed and who you are connected with. Staff do not read your private messages, except in a conversation where someone has filed a safety report. Every time staff open an account or a reported conversation, it is recorded.

Payments

Paid membership checkout and billing management are handled through Stripe. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

Your choices

You can pause matching, leave conversations, report members, and delete your account. Production deployments should publish a specific retention schedule and contact method before launch.
