Community Guidelines
There for You is for adults who want genuine social connection. The goal is simple: be kind, be honest, and help the other person feel safe and respected.
Do
- Be yourself and use accurate profile information.
- Listen, be patient, and respect different backgrounds and opinions.
- Keep conversations appropriate and respectful.
- End a connection politely when you do not want to continue.
- Report requests for money, financial information, passwords, codes, or other suspicious behavior.
Do not
- Ask another member for money, investments, gift cards, crypto, passwords, or verification codes.
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, sexually harass, or deliberately deceive another member.
- Impersonate another person or create an account for someone else without permission.
- Use the service primarily to advertise, solicit, recruit, or conduct business.
- Pressure someone to move a conversation off the service or to keep concerning behavior secret.
Enforcement
Reports may be reviewed by our safety team. We may warn, restrict, suspend, or end accounts and connections when necessary to protect members. A member's decision to stop talking is enough; nobody owes another member continued contact.
